We try to always provide the highest level of service/product possible by checking all items before they are dispatched. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition and If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order) by filling up our Contact Us form or calling us on +973-1782 6030. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of product, and the issue. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Reservations and Appointments
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your scheduled appointment at least one business day prior to your appointment. Additionally, our scheduling system will also send out an email reminder of your appointment at least one day prior to your appointment. If we or our scheduling system are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
We welcome walk-in guests! However, if availability is limited, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.
Product Returns
Retail products may be returned or exchanged with an original receipt within 7 days.
